Think my MB is fried,Now what?

Hello everyone,I need some help i think my MB is fried due to the fact when i turn the computer on nothing happends and when i take out the ram to hear error beeps i hear nothing so i was wondering how much will it cost to repair and how to repair it(I am kinda of a noob when it comes to building computers)And also if i will have to replace my processor.
Heres my MOAB
Asus F2A55-M
and my processor is
A6-6400k

If you've never built a PC, I suggest taking the components at a local shop and asking them how much would cost repairing.
It might be cheaper in the end, than buying new components and damaging them during installation.

I brought the computer prebuilt, i got it back august i think it only lasted like a mouth due to the fact i played it for more then 5 hours at a time in a dusty 80+ degree room

Alright so what do you suggest? unless the CPU overheats when the MB does i don't think my CPU is fried,Do you suggest me getting a new MB and using the same CPU? also if i do that i am gonna need a turtoial for where the wires go and such
