Well to fully describe what's going on is the fact that my gpu seems to act like it's not getting enough power from A) the psu or B) the MB
The PSU is a cooler master 80 plus 1000w power supply (product number RS-A00-EMBA incase I missed something)

So I don't think it would be that not giving my GPU enough power, though to be honest I have no idea what's actually causing the problem (I'll Get to that in a second)

The GPU is AMD Radeon 270x (Here's the link in case I missed something http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150686&cm_re=AMD_Radeon_270x-_-14-150-686-_-Product)

And lastly, my motherboard is a Gigabyte 970A UD3 ( Here's this ones link as well http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128519)

CPU (if its relevant http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113284)

RAM is 8GB installed and (6.98 usable) (their link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313353)

Now here's the actual problem, whenever I start up a game, doesn't matter what it is. From Archeage - mine sweeper, My PC Will A) crash the game on start up (I mean hard crashes and no blue screen) or B) 1 hour - 3 days later will crash.

It's so varied, so I'm not sure what's going on. I have a temporary fix for the problem at the moment and that's removing the GPU, blowing it off with canned air and reinserting it. One major reason I think my MB might be at fault is due to the RAM chips needing to be reseated and on top of that, my GPU also needed to be reseated to the secondary slots.

I'm thinking it's the power to the graphics card because (now, I'm not 100% sure on this so don't just assume I KNOW it's this, I have no idea what I'm doing) the way it crashes seems odd I mean there's no blue screen and it just cuts to black or a weird screen that looks like it's input signal was lost.

Now 2 things I also would like to mention the room my PC is in sits next to a window AC unit, and its temperatures whilst gaming stay cool enough to where heat is not the issue
(side note, it does get dusty, but I do clean it regularly and after I clean it, maybe a day or two
before it's back to hard crashes)

I currently have 5 fans in my PC all working wonderfully and a internal liquid cooler on my CPU. (That's just there to reiterate my previous statement that I don't think overheating IS the issue)

It does vary though its no always on start up sometimes its about an hour into playing to I don't see that problem till 3 days later. I'm thinking it could be a power problem because the way it crashes seems odd normally you'd get something on the scree what happens for me is the screen cuts to black or just gets a weird looking screen that varies from colorful to one dull color with lines through it. I'm not too sure how to describe it to be honest. But to me it seems like that kind of thing would happen if something in or on the PC just shut itself off. But again I'm not sure what the actual issue is.

Power has nothing to do with it, if the PSU would run out of power to supply, the GPU or even the entire system would shut down. Have you updated all the drivers? That could be the problem. Since the GPU doesn't just shut down, leaving the screen blank, it can't be an overheating issue either.
