I just made this list to show to you guys, but because im dutch i'll have to buy the parts at another site (http://www.alternate.nl)

Also, i have another €500 to spend on peripherals, i still need a monitor, an OS, a keyboard and a mouse

One of the things im worried about is if a 550W power supply woud be enough. And if some part's won't be compatible, Thats why i ask you guys and i would appreciate if any of you could tell me if there's a better part or if something is incompatible, since im quite young i don't have any money left for replacement parts.

(sorry if my english is bad)

This setup should be perfect for what you want to do, but I'm not sure how well it will run Unity. I heard that it requires ridiculous computer power, but you might be able to run it at lower graphics settings.
Overall I this setup should be just fine. Looks like all the parts are compatible, and 550W should be plenty.
Also, the extra CPU cooler might not be necessary unless you were planning on overclocking. Otherwise, the included cooler should suffice.

Im from The Netherlands and i'll buy the parts from http://www.alternate.nl and at http://www.4launch.nl, but wouldn't 8GB Corsair vengeance be good enough? And with changing the PSU do you mean less wattage or a cheaper brand?

With that particular motherboard and CPU, DDR3-1600 is the fastest it will support. 8GB of ram should be fine too, unless you really want to upgrade to 16GB.

I think it will run Unity fine on medium, because the recommended GPU is a 780 and overall the 970 is better (and a lot cheaper) than the 780, and i think i will go and overclock my CPU.

I'm not sure, but it's safe to assume that it doesn't because it comes separate from the CPU. Also, I don't think that the 212 EVO fits the 1150 socket on your cpu. You might want to try to find other CPU coolers that will fit a LGA1150 socket.

You were right on the thermal paste part (it comes in a tube). But the 212 EVO will fit if you use the included bracket. But i think i'll wait with buying a CPU cooler since i think i will overclock it later on. Thanks for your help tho :)
