as what the title say's it has no display its a brand new card that i just purchased yesterday i tried the HDMI port and the DVI port that has 12 + 5 pin on it but still no display

SPECS:
MOBO: emaxx h61icafe
Memory: 4gb
PSU: 650 Watts
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo

can you guide me how to do that? i cant seem to find it on my BIOS.

i am using windows 7 btw, and i set my boot screen to 15sec to have enough time but when i press f2 nothing happens but when i press delete it goes directly to my BIOS.

i looked into every option that is available but i cant seem to find the UEFI to LEGACY.

is it possible to take a screenshot of the BIOS so i can show you?
