Well I am sorry to say that the information you have is a little incorrect. The AMD Radeon HD 8650G is a GPU built into some AMD APUs, and if it exists in the system then the i5-3230m cannot. They are not compatible with each other at all see.
However the AMD 8850m and the i7 should be better anyways so that is the better system to go with.

Yea they have a mistake. Searching the laptop model number you will find HP's website page for it and it clearly says it has the 7670M GPU, but does not have the 2nd GPU for dual-graphics.
Regardless like I said the other laptop has an i7 which should perform faster and a faster GPU so its the better option.
