How to tell if a graphics card is compatible with a computer?

Right now I have this Geforce 405 which is low end card, and I want to upgrade to something better, Like for Gaming. I'm wondering if GeForce GTX 750 Ti is compatible with my computer.

The motherboard of your computer has a PCIE X16 slot that will work with all modern graphics cards.

The power supply can only provide 300W to the system. The GTX 750 Ti takes very little power to run so it will probably work.

Do I need to upgrade my 4G ram? my mother board? or anything to fit it for games like BF4

Your motherboard will only accept up to 6GB of total RAM. Changing the board will require you to activate Windows with a new unused license key.
