We need to know more of what your system has, such as CPU/Motherboard/PSU.
No point in buying the best graphics card if you a) is bottlenecked by your CPU, b) can't fit your motherboard, c) the power supply can't even power it.
Also is your computer a normal sized tower or is it the smaller towers? Because some cards might not fit.

If your budget is tight, then consider getting the GTX 750 TI. With that you have in your PC, you are limited by your power supply. The GTX 750 Ti is pretty much the only card you can use with that PSU that gives the best performance. The GTX 750 Ti costs roughly $120
