Grand Theft Auto Iv (FPS) Problem .

Hello Guys , I Am New Here , So Here Is My First Question About The Problem I Am Having In Gta Iv So I Have Been Playing Gta Iv With Only 30-20 FPS Even My Pc Is Really Clean No Virus And Even I Reformatted My Pc Many Times And I Am Sure My Gta Iv Is 100% Default No Mods , But The Problem Keeps Going , I Tried Everything To Solve But Nothing Helps , So I Bother To Ask Here Maybe I Can Get Some Help With This Problem Here

Here's My Pc Specification :

1)Intel Core i7 2.10 Ghz-3612QM- (4 Cores , 8 Logical Processors)
2)Ram 4 GB (2.5 GB Usable)
3)750 GB HardDrive
4)Multiple GPU ( AMD Radeon HD Grpahics 7670M ) - ( Intel HD Graphics 4000) ,
Total Available Memory : 4300 MB = 4.3 GB , Dedicated Video Memory : 2560 MB = 2.5 GB
5) System : Laptop 3rD Generation-HP , Windows-7 (X64) .

GTA IV is a bad port. I think the fps is normal and quite good.

Well, GTA 4 is very poorly optimized.
Have you tried lowering the graphics? It could increase your FPS.
If that doesnt help, then you could set the priority of Gta 4 to high.

To set priority :

Open task manager ( Ctrl Alt Delete ).

Click on the processes tab.

Right click on Gta 4.exe ( or something like that ).

Click set priority and change it to high.

How many FPS are you getting now?

And Sometimes 10-15 Fps More , So 40-50 FPS
