GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti
CASE: Corsair 200R
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H

The mobo ive listed is the best overclocking 970 chipset mobo on the market. Yes you can get to 4,5GHz on the FX6300.

For Ultra you need a high end GPU, like the R9 280X or GTX770 , AND ABOVE.

If you are on a budget though, settle with a R9 270(X)/280 or a GTX 760 and play it on High.

Thank you for answering that real quick. Can you suggest me a better GPU at medium Budget? probably nVIDIA. And, is i5 4690K fine or may be enough to play BF4?

Thanks @Kaliz and @sizzling,
So only z97 MOBO is compatible for overclocking?

Unless you care about extreme overclocking (no chance you do, since your first suggestion was a b85 board and I doubt you'll buy a hundret cpu's either to get one managing extreme speeds), about any z97 motherboard will do. Last time I looked msi had a RMA rate of 2%, Asrock 1.5%, asus and gigabyte around 1%. So after all all of them are reliable. Depending on the amount of features you want, you'll look at different price tags. Generally speaking, any board above $120 isn't really worth it price/performance wise anymore. Decent choices would be Asrock extreme 4 or gigabyte ud3, both going for just under $120 and including features like sata express/m.2 and sli support, as well as supporting clock speeds where rather your cpu will limit than the motherboard.
As for the I5 4690k, great cpu, strong enough to power about two gtx 980's without problems.

Now the gpu though should at least be a gtx 770, to get playable framerates on 1080p ultra. My advise would be a nice 970 gtx, aftermarket ones are about as strong as a stock 980 gtx but for way less money.

CPU: AMD FX 6-Core Black Edition FX-6300 3.5GHz Processor, ( I want to overclock it to 4.5)
Please suggest the rest of the parts,
GPU: Please suggest a good one Nvidia or AMD, any will do.
Mobo:
Cooler:
RAM: I like 8 GB corsair

Please note: I am not rich, just need a medium budget gaming PC to play BF4 at ULTRA settings all turned on like 4X MSAA.

I appreciate all your answers and suggestions.
You guys are of great help and thanks to Tom's Hardware.
