thank you very much guys for all your help ! this time i need your time to read my thread !
first let me explain my current system here it is:

my system is ECS P4VMM2 Motherboard i think its 1.0 or 1.0a im not sure
and my CPU is Pentium 4 2.0GHz socket 478. it cant be overclocked maybe because of its bios
onboard Video card S3 Prosavage 32MB (now using Nvidia GEforce FX 5200 AGP 4x)
ram is 1.5GB DDR but i can fully upgrade up to 2GB max.
Northbridge: P4M266 (VT8751)
Southbridge: VT8235
AGP Version: 3.0 transfer rate 4x max. 4x (why ?)
sideband enabled

now the question is what GPU's can be possible to upgrade my current GPU !
because im going for Windows 7 Ultimate (currently running at Windows XP)
and i know all of you guys will say that just buy a new MOBO ! BUT, i DONT DO THAT
i know all of you can understand me ! i really love this old computer it holds everything
and i cant just replace it with new ones ! thank you guys for your time! help much appreciated.

you can comment freely all the GPU's that can run on my Mobo and ill look for it at ! maybe i think
shops with old models of GPU's !

Solution
Could try for either the Geforce 7800 GTX or the Geforce 8800 GTX, they'll be better cards. You might be able to find something on like ebay, or craigslist or whatever used computer parts store/site you can think of.

Chances are they'll be heavily used, maybe some caked on dusk/dirt for authenticity. A lot of people are blowing them out for cheap since they finally upgrading from the 8800 GTX to something in the current decade.

If you settle for anything less than a Geforce 7600 GS, stop and just game on a PS3 then.

Unfortunately, the 8000 series GeForce cards aren't an option because none of them came in AGP, they are all PCI-Express. I think there was an AGP version of the 7950GT, but it was extremely rare and you probably couldn't find it now. The best AGP graphics card that is commonly available is the Radeon HD 4670. It's probably not going to be easy to find now, as it came out 6 years ago. Driver support for the AGP version of the 4670 is also quite poor as it's actually a PCI-E card with a chip on it to convert the signal to AGP, as such it requires special drivers to work properly, and AMD has pretty much stopped supporting the Radeon HD 4000 series, and provide even less support for the AGP versions of that series of cards.

I know you don't want to hear this, but it's really time to build a new system. Your current system is about 12 years old at this point, and hardware that is compatible with that old motherboard is simply starting to disappear from the market. If you're looking to run more modern software, you're going to run into problems simply because that old CPU can't keep up anymore, even low end smartphones have more processing power now. 2GB of RAM is also rather low for Windows 7, and that's the maximum your board can support, if you can even find orginal DDR memory modules these days.
