Solution
Sorry for a late reply. $1.3 k is more than enough for some of the best specs for PC gaming.
Since you chose the k version of an i5 and a z97 MoBo, I presume you will be overclocking.
I do recommend:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($231.90 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($34.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($146.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial MX100 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($69.93 @ Amazon)...

To simply answer your question, yes they will all work fine.
Though I question why you would pair a 4670k with a GTX 750, and why you'd decide to power those components with a cheap VS650.
I wish to ask, what's your budget? You could expand a bit and get a better GPU and PSU.
