How many Graphics cards can you add to the ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard? I am going to buy the MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card with the ASUS M5A78L-M USB3 Motherboard so will it be compatible or am I just wasting my money and hopes also if it can support it wil it support more than one graphics card?

-Yes it's compatible.
-You can put one graphics card at max as there's only one x16 slot.

It will take only one graphics card, because it has only one full length PCIE X16 slot.

You're looking for an AM3+ SLI capable motherboard, something like a Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0.

But more importantly, the GTX 750 Ti does not support SLI.

I suggest you get a single, more powerful graphics card instead. That way you can stick to your original motherboard.
