Hi,

The title say it all.

I don't understand those Voltage and stuff and that why I bring up this Question.
Would be appreciate any help from anyone as long as you can help me out, Thank.

It is a very low end powersupply with not enough Amps on the 12V line. You are better off getting a new unit.
