ASUS Essentio, two VGA ports on back, but only one works. How to activate 2nd one?

I have an ASUS Essentio desktop, 1½ yrs. old, has two VGA ports on back, but only one works. Been thru BIOS, detect options, etc. How do I activate the 2nd (upper) VGA port? (In fact, it's got 2 sets of everything... VGA, DVI, HDMI, etc.)
All monitors connected to it report "no signal". Is there a DIP switch inside that needs resetting?
All suggestions appreciated!

Theres 3 versions of this and only 2 have connections, VGA HDMI and DVI-D

What version of windows is on it?? Because it looks like the VGA drivers are for Win7

If the drivers are installed you should be able to go into Nvidia control panel and set it up there
