Greetings everyone,

I am planning to overclock my CPU for the first time and would like to get some clarification on a few things. You can read my specifications below - under the questions.

Here are my questions. Please try labeling the answers according to the question numbers to make it easier for me. Thanks everyone.

1)I plan to overclock using the parts below* to 4.4 - 4.5Ghz. Are they suitable for overclocking to those frequencies?
2) What is the maximum safe temperatures that the FX8350 can handle? Ive not been able to find a consistent answer from research.
3) At what temperature does the FX8350 start to throttle?
4) I could potentially upgrade to the Corsair H60 CLC? Is it worth to upgrade (Im currently running the 212 Evo in push pull config and the max temperature using prime95 for 15 mins is around 50-51 degrees).
5) Will I need to bump up the voltage as well for those frequencies? If so, how much will I need to bump up?
6) Ive heard there are two ways to overclock: Using the multiplier and Using the FSB, etc. Which method is recommended and what are the differences?

-AMD FX 8350 @ Stock 4.0 Ghz (Currently)
-Gigabyte 990FX-A UD3 Rev. 4.0 Motherboard
-EVGA Supernova NEX 750W PSU
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
