I want to download a backup service called "Crash Plan", and it is an .exe file. When I click "download", it pops up on the bar on the bottom of the screen, and when it finishes it's installing, I click the file and it should run me through the setup process, but nothing happens. I tried using my other computer to download it then put it on this computer with a flash drive, but it said it needs a "JRE" to be installed. I'm very confused and just want to download Crash Plan without too much hassle.
