What kind of performance should I expect from these two on games like Far Cry 3 and Battlefield 4? Does anyone else have this hardware that I could compare with? Is my card dying or CPU dying? Should I trust the recommended settings on Geforce Experience? I'm getting lots of micro stuttering and undesirable fps. All my temps seem to be reasonable.

Do NOT get an i7 for a gaming build. It's a pointless waste of money. An i5 would get the exact same performance. Use this saved money to get a GTX 970 and win

EDIT: Just realized you already had this hardware. Asking for performance estimates on hardware you already have is sorta confusing in a way, but that aside, you'd manage high settings 1080p with 40-50fps
