i want a rig for games like GTA v and ac unity on high setting
my budget is around £565 which is $900 note; i am in uk. the budget can go littlebit high or low for great increase in performance, i dont need window.
i want something to last a few years for long run.

Solution
In gaming the i5 will destroy the 8350 since the i5 has superior single threaded performance. The cooler that comes with the i5 is sufficient to cool the unit in most situations.
