OK, so I want a free VPN that has no data limit and will let me use bittorrent because I like to use Linux operating systems in virtual machines. Is there such thing as a free VPN that will let me use bittorrent and have unlimited data for my windows 8.1 PC. I already know that all free VPNs use advertisements to pay for the service so I can deal with ads.

Fairly easy to set up with openVPN and i had max bandwitdh. 100/10mbit.

However for some reason when I connected with it my pc requested to use a static ip instead of a dynamic one. This shouldn't be a concern for you though.
