So I got this 12 month gold card for Christmas last year and I was wondering what I can do with it since I dont play the XBOX anymore. I want the new CoD game for PC and was wondering if I could trade this for the game on Steam or like somehow get cash for it.

No you can't as you have bought the card and it is not for resale as it says on the back of the card however you could ask your friend for a certain amount of money or gift it to them.
