I need a £850 build for;

- Heavy Gaming
- Streaming
- Programming
- Unity (This is programming but yeah)
- Video editing
- Office work

The build needs EVERYTHING except a case. Include a case anyway incase a certain deal falls through also wouldn't need an OS. This can be in a second build if you'd like.

I would like to know if you would ever want to SLI in the future or anything like that? Also which is more important to you video editing or gaming? What games do you play and at what settings?

That build is more friendly to video editing. The SSD would be best for your video editing programs as well as your OS. I added 2TB for storage. If you need more let me know. Z series board is there for SLI and not overclocking. 750W PSU for SLI in the future as well.

SLI - In the future? Probably
Video editing or gaming? The video editing is just for YouTube videos really
Games (Most taxing) ? Alien Isolation and Shadow of Mordor - High / Ultra
You also didn't include a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

You didnt specifically mention keyboard and mouse therefore I didnt think they were apart of the budget:
