Is the stock FX-6300 cooler good enough?

I was thinking about getting a hyper 212 evo but I wasn't going to be overclocking so should I get the 212 or use the stock?

The stock cooler is good as long as you keep it at stock but with that being said it's noisy. If you get the Hyper 212 evo not only would it be quieter but if you decide to overclock in the future you're already covered.

Overclocking? Then you need one straight away.

Don't forget AMD CPU tend to be hotter than Intel.
