I want to know if i am able to connect my hyper EVO's fan into the fan hub in my enthoo pro or does it have to be in the CPU_fan? i was just going to plug it into the fan hub the connect the fan hub to the CPU_FAN and the power supply.

It doesn't matter but has an advantage. Plugging it into the CPU_FAN allows the fan to increase or decrease as the cpu temperature increases or decreases. But you could always adjust the speed yourself or get a program that changes it automatically.
