$500 Pc Build Workstation/Light Gaming

I'm looking for a $500 PC (before taxes). I would like to use it as a workstation for word processing, Tax Programs, ETC. And some light gaming such as Minecraft. I would like it to run youtube videos at 1080p@60fps if possible. Thank you. Here is a build that I thought of:

This I think would be a much better build for your needs. It has a faster cpu, better motherboard, much better PSU, better case and faster RAM which not only benefits the general system response, but is specifically important for faster GPU processing since the APUs integrated graphics use the system memory as it has none of it's own.
