If I have a pair of identical RAM sticks in dual channel slots and another pair of identical RAM sticks that have different specs than the first pair in the other dual channel slots, will similar timings, latency, etc matter? In other words, if I put two identical RAM sticks in the two blue slots, and then put a pair of different RAM sticks(identical to each other but different from the pair in the blue slots) in the black slots, will different timings, latency, voltage (speed and size the same) affect the other pair in the other dual channel configuration . Do I have to have four identical RAMs in the four slots? I already have two identical RAM sticks in the two blue slots running in dual channel mode. The two black slots are empty. I want to add a pair of RAM sticks to the black slots. Is it ok if they have the same speed and size with the pair in the blue slots but different timings and latency?

Solution
They all will need to be running at the same speed, voltage and latency. It is best to have exactly the same sticks in all 4 slots but if they are close enough it can be possible.
What are the exact specs on both kits?
