In a word - no.
There are a few boards for legacy chipsets which have existed for AM3, so it's possible there is a board out there somewhere which is technically compatible, but it's going to be a lot of hassle if it works at all.
It's possibly due to the physical size of the AM3+ socket. It's unlikely partners would be able to offer quality boards to compete with the mini ITX offerings on sockets 1155/1150 as they have a bit more room to play with. While there are AM3+ mATX boards, they are mainly rubbish and run on very outdated chipsets, so conventional wisdom is not to bother with AM3+ builds below ATX.
You will find FM2+ ITX boards though, but I assume that's not very helpful to you. Sadly Intel really dominates this market.
