Will A configuration with sli Gtx970 and a fx8350 experience any bottlenecking

Should I run a Configuration with sli gtx970 evga sc Acx2.0 with my fx8350, I'm over clocking it to 4.7. I also want to stick with my current cpu.
(I want to make sure there won't be any bottlenecking)

no it will not have any bottleneck..fx8350 is as powerful as a top model i5.... dont worry... just be concerned abt the system temprature... fx proccessors turn hot quickly

I am experiencing a bottleneck of at least 50% on my 2ndgtx 970 ACX2 FTW+. However I have a stock FX 8350. Will overclocking it fix the problem (please not I can overclock my 970 to 1552Mhz)? If I need to overclock what cooler should I buy for a really good but safe overclock.

Edit: I say that because my 3D mark tests 70% of what others with sli 970s but 3D mark appears to be more cpu demanding than other benchmarks and games. Unigine Heaven scores would be on par with intel if I overclocked. As I understand it currently the fx 8350 is faster only if all cores are being utilized (and most games only use 4) where a stock i5 4670k pushes almost the same speed with 4. I am thinking I will put a large overclock on the AMD and then it should run fine. Am I right?
