So I was wondering if a FX-4100 will bottleneck a GTX Titan Black and if so like how much FPS would I be losing with this processor compared to another high end gaming one? I plan on using this for 3D modeling and gaming any help and suggestions would be great as to what to upgrade to.

This is my build or will be waiting on one part:

CPU: FX-4100
Motherboard: M5A97 LE R 2.0
Hard Drive: Hitachi 500 GB 7200 rpm
Ram: 8 GB Ram Kingston 1600 MHZ
Ram: 8 GB Another brand 1333 MHZ
PSU: PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK II 950 Watt
GPU: GTX Titan Black

Solution
Yes it would. The FX4100 is really weak and would severely hold back a Titan Black. A FX6300/6350 would be a huge upgrade, and a FX8320/8350 would be even better if you can afford it.

Would up upgrading the motherboard and getting a Intel processor be even better?
Cause that was what I kind of was thinking of doing.
