Windows 8.1 SYSTEM_DEVICE_EXCEPTION / DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Hey guys, I keep getting this Windows 8SYSTEM_DEVICE_EXCEPTION / DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error.

I never got it before, Only after upgrading to windows 8.1 have i got it. I've looked at the device manager and haven't seen any drivers with the yellow mark beside them, Thoughts?

I had also the same problem especially when i upgraded my 8 to 8.1 .
my problem was the driver of my nvidia graphic card, when i installed the last version published in the official site it shows that error so i made an uninstall of that driver and install the driver in the support site of my computer which is asus
