Currently I have a dell computer that has core-i3 2120 processor, 4GB RAM, 265W PSU, 500GB Hard Disk. Can i run evga gtx 750 ti 2gb on this pc. i actually confused on psu that has only 265W.

and If i have to upgrade the psu, then how much wattage is suitable for my pc. does higher wattage psu is danger for my motherboard or HDD? Please guys, i need some suggestions. thanks in advance.

Solution
600w is safe, it is actually safer than what you have (provided that the psu quality is good) because if you overload your 265w psu, well, you will not like it.
just to clear things up, the wattage is the capacity, so a 600w has more than twice the capacity of what you currently have. It can handle more power hungry components. just make sure it will fit (depending on your case)

just my 2 cents here, i hate it when branded pc's skimp on psu's, that is why it's better to build your own (though you won't get the support compared to branded ones)

IK that all 3 of them are Optiplex just asking which Dell Optiplex is it, well moving on :D

Does the inside of your MT 390 looks like these?

I can't get a clear inside layout for the 390.

The answer is yes, but only if you get a GTX 750 that doesn't require an additional 6-pin power supply hookup. If you want to replace your power supply you can install any standard length ATX PSU which would also give you the ability to use a GTX 750 Ti that requires the extra 6-pin power hookup. The higher wattage would pose no danger at all to any of your existing components.

As long as the graphics card doesn't need a 6-pin power plug hooked to it, then yes it should be fine. That said I think you would be better off buying a slightly more powerful power supply, just to be safe. You shouldn't need anything more than a 400W unit.
