Computer Receives "Lag Freezes" every 5-6 Minutes

Hello, I actually have another thread on this I believe, but I'm writing another because this problem has gotten the better of me again, I have had my custom built computer run just fine since I built it over a year ago, except for one thing, these random lag freezes that occur in almost everything online. Playing battlefield and various other online games results in everybody on the screen to stop moving, sounds effects stop playing and everything freezes, my ping does not fluctuate, but when the freeze finishes, I am whipped back to where I was when the freeze started, as during them my character is able to move. In most games this is extremely frustrating and I have just ignored it and put it aside as something unfixable until now. I bought Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare the other day and installed it, started it up and joined a match online, had a blast for about 5 minutes before the freeze happened, but this time, instead of everything stopping, and then when the freeze finishes, my character being pulled back or lagging a little, it kicked me from the game, stated reason, lost connection to host, now this annoys me, I have had an exact same problem when playing crysis 3 multiplayer, which did the same thing, kicked me when the freezes occur, I didn't mind this much, as I didn't play crysis MP that much. But this is a game that I plan on playing a fair bit, so now I need a solution. This also occurs in Teamspeak and Skype, people i'm in a call/channel with stop talking when the freeze starts, then their voices catch up when the freeze finishes. I am using a Belkin N600 DB wireless dual-band adapter, or the F9L1101 v2. Not sure which name is the most used one so there's both. I have updated the driver, and I am given full signal according to windows in the icon tray. This doesn't occur when watching youtube, browsing anything online, or downloading anything. Only in games. I am thinking of getting an Ethernet connection to see if that will solve the problem, but if possible I would like to keep my connection the way it is, i'm not picky about the difference in speed when comparing wired/wireless.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know, thank you in advance.

Sounds like an internet issue. During a "freeze" try to perform a trace route on the game host to see where the hangup is. This could be as simple as opening a command prompt and typing "tracert google.com" for example.

This command will "ping" every server between you and the host and tell you the latency from your computer, to that specific server.
A problem server will be presented with a high latency.

C:\Users\b>tracert google.com

Tracing route to google.com [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 2 ms 5 ms 5 ms 123.123.123.123
2 642 ms 708 ms 612 ms 111.222.233.111
3 710 ms 1098 ms 710 ms 100.101.102.103
