it might be a driver error... an update might fix it ... try to update it to the latest driver first.. if it still doesent work then get msi afterburn and force it to its original speed

If your R9 270x isnt under load, its comletely normal its dowclocked to 300 / 150. When you are playing a game / testing it, the clockspeeds will go up to 1080 / 1400.
Nothing to worry about, its less powerconsuming and less stress on the GPU

you you use it for normal operations, it tends to downclock to save energy.. but when you play a game it will ramp itself to peak speed.. dont worry.... unless you are playing a game and its still underclocking then you have a big problem

blacksheep is still wont boost up i have to manul do it everything i wanna play game this shit happend when i turn my computer up or restared it i have to do it manuly then start the game wired thing it dont downclock after i do all that even when playing only at shutdown and start up

no brotha ill be playing call duty advanced warfare for 5 hrs none stop it wont go up more then 62c i got nice case Tt V9 black edation and custom blower front of the GPU thats not even on i have switch for it if i need to i had it installed to be on safe side for the summer

well if its not the drivers and its not an airflow or cooling problem... this means that the card has a faulty bios or an error of such.. the easiest solution is to force it.. or try to update the gpu bios which is very very risky..... afterburner is a safer choice
