Solution
If you can something that matches it in price then it's this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-9590 4.7GHz 8-Core OEM/Tray Processor ($219.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($59.99 @ Amazon)

But really at this pricepoint, i would go for a i5-4670K + MSI G45 Z87 + CPU cooler, maybe the i5-4690K + MSI Gaming 3 Z97, but the Z87 is almost identical in speed and the price is lower so it's...

I am going to agree with cole here. AMD has no gaming equivalent to most of the i5 lineup, let alone the 4690k.

The 9590 only takes level on multi-threaded tasks such as video rendering or similar that can take advantage of more cores. Even so, an i7 performs much better, typically for less. (Also, the H60 will not take the TDP of the 9590)
