Yes, was thinking about GTX 970, but will game on 1440p. I was thinking about GTX 970 SLI, but my child have system that support only one graphic card and I can give after 2 years GTX 980 to child (have only 1080p monitor and is gtx 980 enough for that) and I buy something new for me.

About RAM. I can afford something like DDR-1866 or higher, but will this realy help anything in gaming?
