Which Ram Type is most suitable

Hey guys, so I was wondering what would be the best RAM to get for my new build, as in direct products. Would like to purchase direct from amazon but if something else reliable is an option then that could work.

Basically my problem is that I want to get the fastest RAM that I can get, which on the new MOBO is listed as PC2133(OC).

My question is, does that mean that it will only work at that speed if its overclocked, or do I need to get a certain type of preOC'd ram at that speed? I know I only asked a different question earlier but Im genuinely confused by this. Especially since there are a few reviews of different 2133 DIMMs on amazon that say that they wont work with the fx 8350. Thanks guys.

PS Mobo MSI GAMING 970

Thanks

you can buy 2133mhz, but thats jus an unwanted speed ... its a marketing ploy to sell more product ... your cpu will never need that high speed in the near future.... right now for present systems anything of 1600 or higher will be no difference to the cpu
