Best bang-for-buck full tower case that can fit a GTX 970 SLI and Noctua NH-D14 fan

I'm looking for suggestions for a full tower pc case.

The current top on my list are these, although I'm not sure if they can fit a GTX 970 SLI and NH-D14 fan :

1) NZXT Phantom 820
2) CM HAF-X

My main concern is if it can fit the GTX 970 SLI and NH-D14 fan since the fan is quite big.

Additional info :
ASRock Extreme 4 Z97 motherboard
One 3.5" HDD
One 2.5" SSD

Features of a high end case for only $100.

The HAF-X and especially the Phantom 820 are not bang for your buck towers.

Also consider the Noctua NH-D15 over the NH-D14.
