As the title says, I have been facing this problem since I bought a new GPU.
And upgraded to Windows 7 64bit from 32bit version

My Specs:-
Pentium D 2.80 Ghz
Radeon HD 6450
4 GB RAM
1 TB HDD

My old Card was nVidia 9400GT

So here is the story,
First of all let me clear out that I've researched the whole web for possible conflicts and Done everything to clear all the possible problems causing so. And thus I'm providing a brief research of mine below, requesting your assistance as now I'm helpless.

I bought 6450 for Some old games. Like Most wanted 2012.
I used to play it with my 9400gt very smoothly at lowest possible settings.
But ever since the upgrade, It lags like hell in Low settings and runs little smoother at 1080p (still lags at high speed)
And the Audio too lags.

So I ran MSI Afterburner to checkout the usage.
As thought, GPU usage was low and CPU's was high.

Then I Overclocked CPU hoping a smoother gameplay. (To avoid Bottleneck, if there)
But astonishingly It lagged more..!

Then I changed my OS to Win8 64bit. It also Didn't make any difference.
So back to 7.

Then I saw Audio.dg.exe in Taskmanager taking about 3-4 % CPU power during gameplay and at maximum about 10%
Wasn't much of a problem at first sight.
Then I ended the Audio.dg.exe Process.
And Viola...!! Games were hell lot smoother..!!

But unfotunately, Sound was gone.
So trying to find a fix on the Internet I came across many threads telling em to "Disable All Enhancements" in the Playback devices Zone and stuff...
But they didn't help at all.

So Is there any fix you guys can suggest me now?
Because this problem isn't with 1 game or 1 OS.

Feel free to ask any other required Info or suggest a solution.

I once installed Realtek HD Audio R2.75
But it didn't make a difference, I mean that I couldn't see the driver running as a substitute for audio.dg.exe
Maybe I couldn't activate the Realtek Driver as a default Sound Driver

Here is a screenshot of my Sound devices (Realtek not installed now)

after installing Also, I couldn't see Realtek creating a new Device here.
Am I doing something wrong?

Only "Speakers" work. Digital Audio (S/PDIF) doesn't work.
