3Pin fans spinning full speed

I just bought 4 Corsair AF120 fans and 2 SP120 fans and when i booted my pc all the fans are spinning at full speed, they all have 3pin fan connector but my motherboard (Asus M5A97 Evo R2) has only 4pin connectors. When i open Asus Fan Expert those fans doesnt show any rpms and i cant control those either. I have spitted all the fans with 3pin y splitter. Anyway to get this fixed? Its annoying ass hell when they are spinning max rpm
