Questions on installing new motherboard

So I just recently ordered a new motherboard and cpu for my computer and i was wondering if it would be alright to use sysprep before tearing my computer apart and putting the new mobo in or to just do a complete clean install of windows 8.1?

You should clean reinstall the OS when you setup other whole new PC, because the new MB has different driver, even the win8.1 can install the drivers for you. But except the same model MB, you don't need.

Fair enough, id prefer everything to be as stable as possible when i swap it out will take a lil while to get all my games and other programs redownloaded but I think it'll be worth it.
