Its a Gigabyte ga-h67m-d2 the rest of my spec i think will work fine i just havent found a clear answer if my motherboard can handle it...

yes.But please post your full spec

your mobo will support it even though iy has a pcie 2.0
(no perf difference for a 3.0 card on a 2.0 slot)
