Is this a good gaming PC build for $1400?

Building myself a PC for the first time and I was aiming for something that could run BF4 on Ultra settings at at least 70 fps. This seems like its more than good enough. Any recommendations?

Actually, I would go with the EVGA GTX 970 ACX 2.0 and the Asus Z97-A.
