IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD error

I have a an Acer Aspire AX1800 and its 5 years old. Everytime I boot it up it either freezes or it comes with the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD.
I have two screens on it, one having 1080p and the second having 1600x1200

The specs are:
Intel Core 2 Quad,Q8300
ATI Radeon HD 4350 half length (1 dvi-i, 1 HDMI)
4gb DDR2 RAM
640Gb HDD
BIOS: American Megatrends v02.61
(sorry those are the only specs i know because I bought it)

I do not overclock but install many programs.

That is all i know. I plan to build a computer later this year but for now that is for study, light video production and gaming.
As being new to computers and having very much detail on Building computers so I need to rely on this computer for the next couple of months.

Please any ideas that involves the BIOS because accessing the OS and logging in is now a difficulty

PS: I unplugged the second screen

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD error usually is from a hardware driver, or memory.
So you open the case, check out your pc has one stick RAM or two. If it has two of them then try use only one stick to see you can boot up the PC or not. 1)If you can't boot and try use other RAM to boot. 2) If the PC will not boot when you use either RAM, borrow the DDR2 RAM from your friend try again or go to local PC shop for help. 3) If you can boot the PC with single stick RAM, then you need to update all the drivers, like network, chipset, GPU, etc.
