Ok... so I installed a second GeForce GTX 670 in my PC. As far as i know I did it right, i used the SLI connected the two on the leftmost tab (I heard it can sometimes be backwards? Is that a thing?), then I got two 6-pin molex connector, which I connected to my Power Supply. I uninstalled my drivers, re-installed them, and turned SLI mode on. I've been using Shadows of Modor to test. Here's where it gets weird - For the most part, it runs super slow. so do other games. now the first time I re-installed it ran fine, 100% perfect, until the next time I started the game. I have restated with various settings hundreds of times, and it only ran well like that one other time. Now, if I disable the SLI, its still runs just as bad.

Now, I also have an HDMI running to my surround sound, to a 2nd monitor, my TV. I thought perhaps this was part of the problem, but even when I disconnected my monitor completely and had ONLY my TV connected, still no improvement. Both times the game was running smoothly, it worked great until I turned on my TV. Then it still an fine, copying the displays, until i quit and started it again. But evne turning my TV and SS off, when i go back to PC it's still running poorly.

My motherboard has a PCI x16 and a second one that runs at x8, but from this forum it seems the difference in that is 0-5%, so it shouldn't be bogging my games down. I'd say they run at half speed now. I'm at the end of my rope and don't know what else to try.
