I would like to see some of the cheapest possible gtx 970 builds, I won't really be overclocking. Also this builds focus will be gaming.

P.S- I want to stay with Intel and Nvidia

Solution
xD
Well, I mean, I like to do the "cheapest" on here whenever asked for, so...

Okay, serious time. Here's one with the bottlenecks smoothed.
(P.S.: It's hard to go budget with both Intel and nVidia.)

ROLF. "Yeah this thing can play ultra settings for only $500! (In theory)"

You mean the cheapest period? Probably something like this ... note that this is maintaining some semblance of balance in the system; e.g., not dropping down to an i3 which could save you another $60-$70 at a great sacrifice in performance. And also keeping out anything that's so poor quality that it would be dumb, like the bottom-of-the-barrel PSUs.

Would I do a couple things differently if it was my own machine, like a better PSU and slightly more up-to-date motherboard? Hell yes. But if cheap is all you want, look here.

Eh, that PSU is really cutting it close to even power a gtx 970.
