Here you go buddy.

You can add another GTX 970 if you like, or you can purchase a monitor.

-970s in SLI will eat up any game. Here are benchmarks in BF4:http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_970_sli_review,16.html
For £500 you can get the performance in games a Titan Z (£1200) would give.

-4 strong cores is all you'll need for 99% of PC games. So your money would be better spent on GPUs instead of an i7. Especially since you asked for a gaming build. Shots fired haha.

-Enthoo Pro is the best value full tower: http://youtu.be/cBhmn21ylkc

-EVGA G2 850W is all you'll need for CPU overclocking + GTX 900s SLI. 9.9/10 by JonnyGURU: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=377

Any questions?

Only 8GB of RAM? What do you even mean? 8GB is more than enough.. Why spend money for no reason when you dont need to? Why dont you trust SLI? I still dont understand why people are so stuck on the past. SLI and Crossfire and SLI have no issues anymore.

:D Thanks bro!

SSDs will cut 15-20 seconds off your boot time, but give no performance boost in games. OP asked for a gaming rig. I personally view them as an unnecessary luxury, especially when the money could be better spent elsewhere.

i know a guy with Titan SLI and i7 and he is so furious at SLI

Ha , he did everything . He cant figure out why some games stutter and there are FPS drops to 5 FPS on Ultra . The rig costs several thousand $ . i know him from Internet and watched the video he had made of the gameplay

Is he playing Watch_Dogs? :'D

This is one of the "bad" games . The gameplay was of it.

Exactly.

Titans have a lot of computing power. Using it for pure gaming is a waste - there's a reason why NVIDIA created the GTX 780ti. GTX 780ti two-way SLI should outperform GTX Titan two-way SLI in games. Unless you consider computing a game.
