Is the PSU a high enough wattage for this build

I am planning on building this pc and wanted to know if the power supply is high enough to power all of the parts. I would also like to know if there happen to be any incompatibilities that pcpartpicker did not find and I did not see. Thank you for the help!

Its not the best PSU but hard to beat at $20...

I'm curious why the r7-240 when the processor has almost the exact same one built in? Are you planning on crossfiring the two?

the r7-240 has more ddr3 and can handle more powerful graphics than the processor. I may crossfire I am still undecided on that.
