Change out the PSU to an EVGA B2 or G2 since you're overclocking.

Change to the 4690K for the better thermals, it's only a few dollars extra. You should also upgrade the EVO, it won't get you far when overclocking. Look at a Noctua U14S.

I would change to an ATX board, but that is my preference.

I think that it looks like a solid build, just make sure that you OC that CPU some to make use of the cooler and the unlocked multiplier. Also, the Sapphire R9 280 is on sale for 165$ after rebates at Newegg right now (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202099&cm_re=Sapphire_R9_280-_-14-202-099-_-Product), Would be something to strongly consider, unless you are deadset on the Green Team, then I would use the card that you have. All else looks pretty solid to me. Hope this helps with your build!
