Definitely not going dual graphics. This is a cheap entry level build. Most games I know though require 4GB at minimum, so I was wondering if 1866 low latency 2x2GB RAM was a better idea over slower 1600 higher latency 2x4GB RAM.

Good build overall. However, you're using an APU, which is a CPU with built in graphics, alongside a GPU, which isn't the best idea monetarily. Also, you could do with a slightly beefier GPU.

It pushes the budget a bit, but this'll run many modern games on High-Ultra. A good budget CPU, 8 GB RAM, a 270X, a high quality PSU are all components for success.
