I have a weird issue with wireless connections in my bed room.
My router is downstairs and I cant use the WiFi on my phone or computer in single room upstairs. My room is the only room in the house that doesn't get a signal.
This is the weird thing.
I also have a mobile hotshot which none of my devices can connect to while they are both in this room even when placed right against each other.
I can still get phone calls and use 3G but no WiFi. The devices detect the router and hotshot and have a strong signal but they just will not join at all.
It wasn't always like this, but over the years the connection got worse and worse until I just couldn't connect anymore.
I cannot think of anything that has changed. I haven't added anything to the house or moved the router or anything. People from At&t came to my house and they couldn't figure it out so they gave me a power link in my room.
What do you think could possibly do this? I cannot figure out any possible source of this weird interference.
