My SSD just recovered from looping windows automatic repair and just decided to do a fresh install. Now my 2tb Seagate can't be accessed but my two 1tb seagate which is on raid can be accessed and the games installed on it.

I've already done a chkdsk /scan, reports are
The first NTFS boot sector is unreadable or corrupt.
Reading second NTFS boot sector instead.

Also did chkdsk D: return with
File record segment is an orphan. chdkdsk /f is deleting an orphan so I cancelled it right away, and deleting or formatting is not really an option, Familiy picture and important documents and files are on the HDD

In disk management it reports Raw in FileSystem and Health(Active, Primary Parition). I don't really want to do things I'm not sure of because the files really important.

There's no history of defect or malfunction of HDD just now.

Solution
Run Seatools for Windows and test the drive. Run the short DST and the long generic.

If that won't run to test the drive or if the drive fails to be tested, run Seatools for DOS on it:
